Every so often it is important to scout out the enemy territory. That is exactly what we did when we stopped at Notre Dame stadium. As we drove through Indiana, we found ourselves in South Bend and in desperate need of a bathroom break. It was then that we decide to go see Notre Dame stadium, the Golden Dome, and Touchdown Jesus.
I was shocked to see how small it was in comparison to Beaver Stadium. As I walked around trying to find an open gate, I found a statue of some guy named Coach Leahy. We wanted a picture of Knute, but had to settle for this guy named Leahy – whoever he is. It was very fun to stop at such a historic place.
